Sugaring vs. Waxing: Which Hair Removal Method is Right for Your Clients?

Sugaring and waxing are both popular hair removal methods, but there are some key differences between the two.

𝗦𝘂𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴
⚬ Uses a paste made of sugar, water, and lemon juice or citric acid.
⚬ Applied at body temperature.
⚬ Removed in the direction of hair growth.
⚬ Is less likely to cause irritation and ingrown hairs than waxing.
⚬ Is considered to be a more natural and sustainable method than waxing.

⚬ Uses a wax that is heated and applied to the skin.
⚬ Removed in the opposite direction of hair growth.
⚬ Can be more painful than sugaring.
