Inspirational hair Past Out opened its doors in 2003 in NYC on 6th Street in the East Village. We later expanded to an on-line store in 2009.
By 2013 we have narrowed our focus away from hair and clothing to just hair. Hair fashion has a rich and varied history with many icons. Hair icons guide contemporary haircuts, hair coloring and hairstyling sensitivities. What we discover along the way we'll be sure to share - that's the way of Past Out.
