DIY Pumpkin Spice Foaming Hand Soap or spice up your Thieves hand soap.

Grab an empty foaming hand soap bottle. You can use a new one (I get mine on Amazon) or you can repurpose a bottle you already have.
Or grab your Thieves foaming hand soap. You will only add the oils to this.

Add 5 drops of each to your bottle.
Orange
Clove
Cinnamon Bark

If you added to your Thieves hand soap you’ll put the pump back on and give it a shake. You’re ready to start washing your hands with some extra spice!

If you’re starting with and empty bottle you’re going to add a few more things.
3 TBL Castile soap
1/2 tsp vitamin E oil
1 tsp Vanilla (optional)
Top with water

Put your pump on and give it a shake. You my friend just made your very own bottle of Pumpkin Spice foaming hand soap. Enjoy!

You’re in for a luxurious treat with this Pumpkin Spice Sugar Scrub!

This super simple recipe will have you coming back for more. It smells amazing and will leave your skin feeling silky soft.

Grab a pen and paper to write this down and save this so you can come back to it any time.

Pumpkin Spice Sugar Scrub
1 cup brown sugar
2 TBL Pumpkin Purée
1 TBL sweet almond oil (or oil of choice)
1/2 tsp vanilla
8 drops Orange essential oil
2 drops Cinnamon Bark

Mix all ingredients together and store in a jar.

BTW I’ve been using this in the shower and it’s divine!!!

Pro tip: make extra for gifts. 😉

Pumpkin Spice Creamer
2 cups milk of your choice
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 drop Clove Vitality
1 drop Ginger Vitality
1 drop Cinnamon Bark Vitality

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and store in fridge.

Add to coffee or use in a latte. Personally I’m a latte drinker, so I’ll be using 1 cup pumpkin spice creamer, double shot espresso, and I add stevia to sweeten. Maple syrup would also be a tasty choice to sweeten.
