One of our favorite Ayurvedic words. (or Vam Kukshi) is an practice of taking a short on your left side after a meal to aid and prevent .The stomach’s location on the left side allows gravity to keep digestive acids down when lying on the left, supporting the natural flow of the digestive and systems and easing pressure on the heart.

Hiiii ! I’ve missed all of you! I am currently accepting massage guests in Los Angeles area! My hands and spirit haven’t facilitated a treatment since our spa closing date. It feels familiarly divine. Thank you for seeing me . Thank you for your continued support . Stay tuned .
