Delicious breakfast of eggs, yams, pecans, cashews in a cinnamon/coconut flavor. So good.--------------------------------

Sun dried tomatoes chicken with yams, mushrooms and coconut cream. Yum. --------------------------------

Sometimes less is more. Ground beef, onions, cauliflowers, yams, garlic, salt/pepper, chicken stock powder, splash of white wine(optional), lots of parsley and love. Serve with lemon. Enjoy. --------------------------------
