200 classes at F45 Training. đź’Ş

It took me a little over two years to get here.

Over the last two years, there have been some really hard days… and even hard months. Hormone struggles, stress, single motherhood, business pressures, and all the ups and downs that life brings.

There were so many times I felt depleted, defeated, and like I was falling behind.

But seeing this milestone reminded me of something important: even when it feels like you’re failing, you may actually be doing something incredibly powerful—you’re staying consistent.

Showing up doesn’t always look perfect.
Sometimes it looks like putting one foot in front of the other when you’re exhausted.
Sometimes it looks like doing your best when you feel like you have nothing left to give.

And over time, those small efforts add up.

200 classes later, I’m reminded to step back and be proud of what I’ve accomplished.

If you’re in a season where you feel like you’re struggling, keep going.
Your consistency is building something bigger than you realize. ❤️

7pm and I’m still in the treatment room 🤍

Not because I have to be… but because this is what it takes sometimes.

Being a single mom and building a business isn’t the same game.
There’s no one else covering the gaps.
No one else making dinner, handling homework, keeping life moving behind the scenes while you go chase bigger rooms and bigger titles.

A lot of men rise in business because at a certain point… they have support at home that allows them to.
And there’s nothing wrong with that — it’s just a different reality.

But for the women doing this alone…
we are the support system.
We are the provider, the nurturer, the scheduler, the one still showing up at 7pm for a client after doing everything else all day.

And I just want to say — I see you.

I see the late nights.
I see the guilt you carry trying to do it all.
I see the strength it takes to keep building something meaningful while holding your entire world together.

You’re not behind.
You’re doing two jobs at once… and still showing up with heart.

That’s a different level of powerful ✨

Some of the hardest moments in our wellness journey come from the quiet battles we fight with our own bodies. The frustration. The comparison. The feeling that we should be further along than we are.

But healing doesn’t come from pressure. It comes from partnership.

When we shift from resentment to compassion, everything changes.
Speak to your body the way you’d speak to someone you love.
Encourage it. Thank it. Remind it you’re on the same team.

Your body hears you.
And it responds to kindness.

Some days the most productive thing you can do is pause.
Rest isn’t a weakness—it’s a choice to lead your life with clarity, strength, and sustainability. When you honor your body, you create space for better decisions, better energy, and a better you. 💚✨
