π± Mug Chana Salad (Sprouted Moong & Chickpea Salad)

Ingredients:
1 cup sprouted moong (green gram)
1/2 cup boiled black chana (black chickpeas)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 small tomato, finely chopped
1 small cucumber, finely chopped
1 green chili, chopped (optional)
A few coriander leaves, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Salt to taste
A pinch of black pepper or chaat masala (optional)
π½οΈ Method:
In a bowl, mix sprouted moong and boiled black chana.
Add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, and green chili.
Sprinkle salt, black pepper (or chaat masala).
Squeeze in lemon juice and toss everything well.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
