Interstellar Lemons🍋 a short story for your late night ponders:
As I sit here in the fog of the night I can’t help but to feel so purplex by the entirety of this life. The ghost of my past bringing forth peaking through the fog of the night reminding me of the depths of my heartache. How could I have loved with such depth such intensity only to be met with the face of a stranger I had come to meet. My family my brothers my mothers my fathers, my lovers. The layered perception of my reality brought forth like being awoken from a space slumber faced to come to the reality that this is true. This is my new sense of awareness based upon the facts being presented thus far.
Communications beyond what I could even fathom are no longer a fantasy or a hobby but the sheer reality of what is. The elder speaks of her existence in such a way that embodies the aw that is her life, reminding us all of the magnitude of her connectivity to all objects from the trees to the bees. The connectivity of all things. I see the world no longer as a fictional book or the bible of the past but rather of the awakened sense that the three worlds live simultaneously as each breath leaves my body.
The tarte lemon taste on my lips wakes me as the steam of my tea takes me to another space.

Feeling inspired by the moon and the Artemis Launch so I thought I’d share my favorite story about the moon. This is how it goes:
One evening, Beethoven was walking through the streets when he heard someone playing one of his compositions poorly on a piano inside a small home. Curious, he quietly stepped inside.
There, he found a young girl who was blind, trying to play his music. She recognized him and was overwhelmed. She told him she had always dreamed of hearing him play, but could never afford to attend his concerts.
Beethoven sat down and began to play for her.
As he played, the room grew quiet. Then the girl asked him softly:
“What is moonlight like?”
Beethoven paused. He looked out the window and saw the moonlight shining into the room.
Moved by the moment—the quiet night, the pale light, and the girl who could not see it—he began to improvise a new piece on the piano, trying to translate the feeling of moonlight into music.
That piece, the story says, became what we now know as Moonlight Sonata.
Bonne nuit mon ami 🌘
