Even though I have a DVD called "Bellyrobics" I believe my new program is even better. I would like to introduce you to "NewVo". Beginning with an innovative stretch, “NewVo” moves quickly into aerobics and multicultural dance moves, finishing off with another great stretch and cool down with eclectic music. People of all aerobic levels can be challenged without concern for injury. This class will leave you with more energy than when you started!
