Overall: it was a great book! It took a while… about 7 chapters in… to actually get invested and into the book. But once you were hooked you didn’t want to stop reading! Warning: very descriptive disturbing parts! This book will have you guessing the entire time! Overall would recommend, just be patient! Worth the wait!

Do I need eye cream 😳?

My answer is yes... The skin around your eyes is the thinnest. You blink around 15,000 times a day, give or take. The eye area is constantly moving.

So why wouldn't you treat it different? This is why eye cream is beneficial and effective. I always say to take extra care around your eyes, they show signs of aging quickly. Do yourself a favor and show your eyes some love!

New Blog Post: “Clean Girl” Makeup Trend ☀️!

The Clean Girl makeup trend is taking social media by storm! This has to be one of my favorite trends of all time! I have never recreated a makeup look as many times as I have with this trend. It quickly became my go to everyday look. I forever have been saying how I love makeup as an art but for my day to day looks, I love enhancing my features. I don’t want to look like anyone but me. This trend is truly about enhancing what you have with minimal products.

Unraveled Beauties,

I am excited to announce one of my best friends, and I are starting Unraveled Book Club 📚 🤍!

It started this past weekend when we were going over the books we had been recently reading and I told her I always wanted to start a book club… Being the true BFF that she is, she said “Do it!” And that’s all it took! I asked her to join me in starting this club and she happily agreed!

The first book we decided on was “Mexican Gothic” by .author 🌹! It has been on both of our lists and got us excited to start the book club with this book!

We would love for you all to join! We plan on one book a month and our discussion will be at the end of the month (June 29), via Zoom for anyone who would like to join or view.

I've always had the idea of starting a blog, but to be honest I didn't really have a clear direction with it. So I had to ask myself what do I like? Well… I like skin care, I like makeup, I like hair care, I like health and wellness tips and I LOVE learning about it all… So what do I do with all of that?

Finally it clicked! Just throw it all together in a blog and figure it out. If I keep really trying to narrow this in, I'll never start. I'm always experimenting with new lifestyle tips and trends. And along the way I'm trying to figure out how to apply it to my own life. I love sharing what I learn whether it's through my instagram or youtube and now through this blog.

I don't want this blog to be solely focused on myself. I want to hear from other women as well.

So I had the idea it would be exciting to take tips or interests from women on anything they feel confident about… aka how they unravel their beauty, by sharing their tips from beauty to make up to cooking to wifey skills to traveling to tips on how to run a business and apply it to my own life, basically anything! The point is to learn from other women I bring onto the blog and see if I can apply it to my own life.

I want us to grow together. I will ask each woman the same three questions. What does beauty mean to you? What is a tip you can give that makes you feel the most beautiful? (Can be skin care, make up, health, wellness, recipe etc) How do you unravel yourself (practice self care)?

When I do have a tip someone has shared, I will try out their interest or tip and the following week I will share my progress of what I thought of it, how I tweaked and what I learned from it.

Let’s all unravel our beauty together!
