The Year of the Back…
2025 tested me in ways I didn’t expect.
After managing back issues since I was 18, a herniated disc earlier this year briefly took away my ability to walk and forced me to slow down. On top of that, I faced the loss of my grandmother—such a bold, adventurous soul who inspired me in so many ways throughout my life.
Looking back, I’m reminded how important health, family, and the people who truly show up are.
I naturally pulled back from social media—something that’s always been a challenge for me—but I’ve had to remind myself that not having constant photos or proof online doesn’t define my skill, growth, or passion.
I’m still behind the chair, still in the game, and excited to welcome new clients in the new year. Stronger, grateful, and ready for what’s next 🤍✨
