Breast Reductions are one of the procedures in Plastic Surgery with the highest patient satisfaction ratings each year. Given the large starting breast size for this particular patient, you can appreciate how life changing this has been for her. Unlike many other plastic surgeons, at Changes we won’t settle for creating ‘a standard breast reduction’ result. Through sculpting and artistry her remaining breast tissue was arranged into the shape of an implant and an internal bra with dissolvable mesh was constructed to enhance her projection and cleavage long term. A Free Ni**le Graft was also required in this difficult case to ensure a beautiful long-lasting result.
