* 1 stalk celery
* 1 green apple (fiber + slight sweetness)
* ½ inch fresh ginger (anti-inflammatory—don’t overdo)
* Juice of ½ lemon
* ½ small beet (raw or cooked)
* 1 cup spinach
* ½ carrot
* 1–1.5 cups water or coconut water
* Optional (recommended):
