Truthfully, we didn’t fully realize how hard it would be to build here. But the reason we chose it was always clear.
This city has a deep history of social bathing. A time when bathhouses were part of everyday life. A place to restore, connect, and spend time with others.
We’re not introducing something new. We’re building on something that already belongs here.
