How to select a sunscreen?

Choosing the right sunscreen can prevent sunburn, reduce your risk of getting skin cancer, and help you prevent early signs of skin aging.

Here is some recommendation when you are choosing your sunscreen:
•Broad spectrum from both ultraviolet A (UVA) and B (UVB) rays;
•SPF30 of higher;
•Water resistant (for up to 40 or 80 minutes).

Remember, sunscreen alone cannot fully protect you. In addition, seek shade and wear sun-protective clothing, including a wide-brimmed hat and sunglasses.

Niacinamide ✨

Niacinamide is the form of vitamin B-3 which help to build skin cells, while also protecting the skin from environmental tiggers (sunlights, pollution and toxins).
