1️⃣ You feel like your tone has shifted. Is it too brassy or looking dull? That is a good sign.
2️⃣ You're not liking how your hair looks now. You may be wearing it up more and getting it out of your face.
3️⃣ You feel ready for a new color. If you want a change or love the feeling of fresh color-- go ahead and pamper yourself. As long as it's been 4-6 weeks since your last color, it's not too soon.

Know the right temp for your hot styling tools! 🙌 Fine hair: 280°F, Medium hair: 350°F, Coarse hair: 375-400°F. Start low, work up, and ALWAYS use a heat protectant to prevent damage! 💁‍♀️ Save for later! 📚

Brass is unintentional discoloration. It can be caused by many things like not using the right products, environmental factors (hard water, UV rays), color fading revealing underlying tones, user error, or color misinformation.

Warmth on the other hand is a whole vibe ( just like the color in these photos). It’s an intentional hue or tone often in natural blondes or light brunettes! It gives depth, radiance, and richness to your hair.

So, you’re feeling brassy? What can you do?
Use pigmented toning products to cool down unwanted tones (purple & blue shampoo). However, this will dim the brightness of your hair color and you'll appear a little darker.
Freshen up with a toner! It’ll balance the tone, refresh your color, and add shine.
Make sure you’re using color safe products.
