Our founder Tracy and her family spent the week at Surf Synergy—named Travel + Leisure’s #1 destination spa last year—and the experience was something special. Not just for the setting, but for what it represents.

Families practicing yoga, meditation, and breathwork side by side… then heading out to catch waves. Kids. Teens. Parents. All in it, together.

A powerful reminder that wellness doesn’t have to be quiet or exclusive—it can be joyful, adventurous, and shared.

We’re excited to share more about an exciting TLEE project, Bozeman Yards, a boutique condo community in the heart of Bozeman’s Mill Arts District, offering one- to four-bedroom residences.

The Yards Spa features stunning mountain views and contrast bathing amenities, creating a year-round wellness retreat. The Yard Club sets a new benchmark for mountain living—intimate in scale, yet communal and luxurious.

We are honored to welcome Ana Goldstein-Kogan to the TLEE team as our Senior Architect + Wellness Designer.

Drawing on more than two decades of design and project management experience, Ana Goldstein-Kogan brings a strong focus on architectural design leadership and wellness integration to her new role.

In addition to leading the internal design team, Goldstein-Kogan will work directly with clients, operators, architects, and brand partners to integrate specialized wellness environments into larger hospitality and mixed-use developments.
