Lovely Eleni. When a mother with two young children - under the age of 3 - call you on your day off - and tell you she hasn’t been able to get her hair done in over a year AND THURSDAY is the ONLY day she can get her hair done - you open your company and dial her hair in! The WOW from her husband said it all ❤️

NEW CLIENT- Rachael’s 10” of outgrowth hair irreparably damaged from stylist using 2 chemicals that are not compatible and will hollow out, break down and melt keratin/hair. The damaged hair will take 3 years to fully grow out.
NOTE: When you get a tear in your keratin finger nail, does the tear every reseal the protein and cystine bonds … nope! The keratin must be cut or in the case of finger nails, filed beyond the point of breakage. In this case, the breakage stops about 1.5 inches from Rachael’s scalp… Refer to AFTER images.
