Watching your kids grow up is the best and the hardest part of being a parent. ❤️

You get to see them become their own little people with opinions, dreams, and personalities that surprise you every day. One minute they need you for everything, and the next they’re doing things on their own and you’re just standing there wondering how it all happened so fast.

It’s beautiful to watch them grow, but there’s a quiet sadness in knowing that every new stage means saying goodbye to the last one.

I love seeing who they are becoming, even if a part of me wishes I could slow time down just a little.

Beyond grateful for my friend Grant and Adam Lee Decker from American Idol and America’s Got Talent played one of my favorite songs at our little gig and my daughter was completely fascinated. She sat there watching him the whole time and now she says she wants to sing too.

Moments like this remind me how powerful live music can be. You never know when something small will spark a big dream. So grateful for moments like this and the joy music brings to our community.

Owning a business means you’re never really off.

Happy Thanksgiving from our little family. This year has been a mix of chaos, growth, joy, and a lot of real life, but I’m grateful for all of it. I’m thankful for our people, our adventures, our girls, and the moments that made us laugh when we needed it most. I hope today brings you comfort, good food, and a break from the nonstop pace of life. Sending love to everyone celebrating.

I remember bringing snacks everywhere because I was never sure they would eat.
Now they look at the menu, pick their rolls, and try new things with confidence.

I think all the travel and trying different foods together helped.
Not in a fancy or perfect way.
Just in a slow and real way as a family.

Small moments like this make me proud of how far we have come.

Just discovered Hotworx and I’m hooked. David and I had an impromptu date and stumbled into the best find. The infrared sauna felt incredible while doing a private Pilates class. My body felt relaxed, my muscles loosened, and I left feeling completely refreshed. Excited to go back and make this a new part of our routine.
