When you feel inner disturbances. Be an explorer, witness it, let it pass through. Once you learn that’s ok to feel inner disturbances, and that they can no longer disturb your seat of consciousness, you will be free . Then you can walk in this world and the world will never touch you 💕

However, don’t forget doing that with good look and filter 😝🤳 ♥️

The more you are willing to just let the world be something you are aware of, the more it will let you be who you are — “. 💞

I read somewhere we’re our thoughts, our emotions, our feelings …. Is that true ?

Starting the day with 30 min breakfast, I’ve always have this habit, I like to take sometime for myself in the morning, particularly with coffee, I feel at peace with myself.
Taking on this new journey is a challenge but I’m excited 🥰
I’m stepping into different world now , it won’t be just advice that give but also therapy😳now I really need this 30 min if not more 🙄😂 🌸
