You can literally top these with anything. 📊 Macros per Muffin. 233 Calories. 28g protein. 11g fat. 6g carb. These are PERFECT for busy mornings, little protein and micronutrients boost and is the easiest thing in the world to meal prep. PS you can use egg whites to make them even less cals but egg yolks are micronutrient king. 👑

Cucumber pasta w/ smoked salmon: Recipe from @louloukitchen_ Peel & slice 2 cucumbers thinly. In a bowl add 1 grated garlic clove, 3-4 tbsp of thick plain yogurt, a drizzle of olive oil, salt, pepper and thinly cut fresh herbs (mint & basil). Mix. Take half of the sliced cucumbers and mix in with the yogurt sauce. Add to a plate. Top with the rest of the sliced cucumbers. Add some smoked salmon, a drizzle of olive oil and some more salt & pepper if desired. Enjoy :) #healthylunchideas #healthylunch #easylunch
