Farmers Market Bounty
Thrilled to find some , super sweet , , and late harvest
My diet leans vegetable heavy, but couldnโt pass up a couple plum-apricot hybrids and an incredibly fragrant .
Iโve been testing negative for covid for a full week and am looking forward to eating more fiber.
When I was still fighting the virus, I stuck to easily digestible fruit and homemade .
Because my appetite and digestion were compromised for two weeks, I supplemented with a vitamin & mineral IV at for an added boost to ensure my body had everything it needed to recover.

I have a secret about runningโฆ
Most people donโt enjoy it when they first start a cardiovascular program.
*I* didnโt like running when I first started.
๐ I donโt particularly like it right now because Iโm in the process of rebuilding my cardio capacity.
But I promise something magical happens after a few weeks of consistent short runs.
๐๐ผโโ๏ธ They become easier.
๐๐ผโโ๏ธ They start to become fun.
๐๐ผโโ๏ธ They start to feel good!
And youโ you feel capable and strong in your own body!
Few things make me as happy as when a client finds or rediscovers the joy of running.
If youโre at a place where you dread running, have faith that it will eventually feel good.
Personally, Iโve had to retrain myself at least a half dozen times.
It can be frustrating to have illness or injury take you from a half marathon distance to becoming winded walking a few blocks, but trust that with patience, grace, and consistency, youโll regain that joy.

Sushi is my favorite feel-good meal. I love the experience of omakase: artfully presented, delicious bites packed with protein and high in essential omega-3s.
Uni has the added bonus of zinc, beta carotene, fiber, and vitamins A and C.
If you look at the list of foods considered to be aphrodisiacs, youโll see foods with high levels of nutrients our bodies tend lack.
Diets high in omega-3s have been linked to improved mental health, and zinc and B-complex support the nervous system. It should be no surprise that these foods earned the reputation as *mood* enhancers.
