Happy Valentine’s Nails! 💅❤️

I’ve been doing Linda’s nails for over two decades, and I’m so deeply grateful that she has trusted me and stayed with me for all these years. What touches my heart the most is how much she appreciates my work and truly enjoys the time we spend together. Her nail appointments feel like little dates between the two of us. She’s always happy to see me, and I’m always excited to do her nails because she trusts me completely. She lets me choose the colors and create whatever I want, and the result is always the same: the biggest, most beautiful smile on her face.

When the pandemic happened, Linda got COVID, and it deeply affected her body especially her lungs and immune system. There were times when she made appointments but had to cancel at the last minute because she was admitted to the hospital. Even there, she told the nurses, “You can do anything, but you cannot cut my nails. My nails are my joy. Every time I see them, they make me happy.”

Recently, I’ve seen her check in at the hospital on social media more often than at home, and sometimes I don’t even know whether to press like or not. Even though she’s been through so much with her health, she continues to work hard and always brings positive energy to everyone around her.

Today, I promised myself to create the best Valentine’s nail set for Linda so she can enjoy it, and so people around her will say “Wow!” when they see it. This reminds me that the true purpose of my life isn’t how much money I make or how many material things I have, but creating joy, sharing smiles, and spending meaningful, quality time with the people around me.

Doing Linda’s nails always fulfills my passion.
