Let me just say that I have been doing hair for a long time, and I have only seen this phenomenon 3 times. Dusty had over processed hair from a highlight and then a perm. She attempted to manage her hair with coconut oil and leave in conditioners. Unable to comb her hair, she fell asleep with her hair wet. Luckily I was able to give her healthy hair again!
