I offer confident and knowledgable , yet intuitive,relaxing, while facilitating productive structural lasting change . A body work style leaving you more aligned. My work is always unique to the each individual massage. I offer range from relaxing slow massage methods to deeper chronic pain release through compressions, passive Hatha yoga Alignment, pin and stretch release with passive movement of limbs to unlock the body and lengthen and relax tight sore joints and muscles. I also a medical tool called a biomat which uses infra red heat to warm up and open up sore tissues.
