Hey friends! I wanted to share some important news from Rodan+Fields. After 7+ years of putting my heart and soul into this fantastic company, I recently learned that we’re transitioning from a direct-selling model to an affiliate model. Initially, I felt a bit confused and sad - so many leaders are starting over after years of giving to their teams and their customers, and then just overnight, p**f... it's all changed. It's unfair, but the comeback is always more remarkable than the setback!!
