Everything started when my iPhone unexpectedly shut down and stopped working. With no alarm, I woke up just three minutes before 10:00 AM—while having two clients scheduled for 10:00 AM.

Today was definitely not part of the plan, but thanks to an amazing team, understanding clients, and a lot of teamwork, we made it through. Thank you all for your patience, support, and kindness. Days like this remind me how grateful I am for each and every one of you. ❤️
