Hi, I’m Michelle – the stylist behind Mane Hair Studio.

I’ve been in the hair industry for 25 years, starting my career in Toluca Lake, California, before making Santa Clarita my home base in 2017.

I’d describe myself as a mix of detail-driven and easygoing. On one hand, I’m super precise (formulas measured to the drop, extension placement perfected strand by strand). I am also a very free and organic when it comes to color placement . I visualize before I start and follow the shape of your head which allows the color to organically flow . I keep the vibe relaxed, flexible, and fun so you always feel comfortable in my chair.

Saturday’s transformation was all about turning a color challenge into a masterpiece!

This beauty came in with uneven tones, brassy hues, faded color, and banding for box color and we worked some serious magic to achieve this stunning lived-in seamless blend. We did a darker natural root ,brighter blonde pops and added lowlights for dimension.

Color corrections take time, precision, skill, and care—but the results are SO worth it. Seeing my clients fall in love with their hair again is what it’s all about! 💇‍♀️
