Turning players into athletes is what I do. Talent can take you far, but athleticism, mindset, and healthy practice will take you.
This program teaches:
- Proper lifting technique
- Strength and conditioning fundamentals
- Injury prevention
- Nutrition & Recovery basics
- How to train independently
Classes begin June 8- July 31
There are 2 levels:
Juniors (Grades 6-8) Tuesday/Thursday 12:30-2 p.m
- Strength, coordination, and movement fundamentals
Seniors (grades 9-12) Mon/Wed/Fri 12:30-2 p.m
- Advanced strength, power, and performance development.

Coaching talent isnt easy its different. As a player or performer, you have to rise above the challenge to be siccessful. As a coach/manager/leader, we have to learn to see things through a dynamic lense while trusting our instincts.
