The Instagram life can be exhausting to keep up with. Filters and poses and duck lips and mirror selfies. It’s overwhelming and sad when you take a step back and look at what’s missing on social media and that’s an authentic connection with people. Not just these perfectly curated feeds and highly edited photos and taking 300 selfies until you get just the right one that doesn’t make you look too fat or too angry or too old or too ugly. I’m guilty of getting caught up in it too on occasion but I have learned to remind myself that I am enough...some days are harder to remind myself of that, but I. Am. Enough. Let us all remind each other that YOU. ARE. ENOUGH. Give this photo a like if you agree.
