You need to provide your skin with more hydration by incorporating an oil and a heavier cream than you would use during the other seasons.

☀️CORRECT SUN DAMAGE
This is the time of year to correct all of the sun damage you accumulated during the summer. Use a retinol (which everyone should be using anyway regularly) and a melanin suppressant product to lighten and get rid of brown spots.
