What a beautiful experience it was to spend quality time with colleagues moving together in nature through an intensive Gyrokinesis® class ~ specially tailored for dancers and guided by none other than Juliu Horvath the founder of the GYROTONIC® method. 🌿✨

There’s something truly powerful about stepping away from the everyday routine and reconnecting with our bodies breath and each other in such a natural setting. Surrounded by fresh air open skies and shared intention we found moments of laughter presence and deep connection both within and around us.

Grateful for the opportunity to recharge, reflect, and strengthen the bonds that make us not only better movers but better humans. These are the experiences that inspire true creativity and community. 💚

We’ve all been introducing the material to our clients here at Seattle Changing Room - so useful for so many clients, whether or not they are pregnant or postpartum. Can’t recommend this course enough!
