Phoenix’s Treats

Pre heat oven to 350F
3/4 c whole wheat flour
1/4 c all purpose flour
1/4 c large flaked oats
1/4 c flax seed
1/2 c water (more if needed)
1/4 c olive oil
1 egg
2 T natural peanut butter or ( canned pure pumpkin, mashed banana or unsweetened applesauce instead)

Mix all together, if needed add a wee bit more water, once all mixed together roll out on lightly floured surface to 1/8” thick, cut into strips or use cookie cutters. Place on cookie sheet lined with silicone or parchment paper

Bake for 10 minutes, flip treats over then bake another 10 minutes. Turn off oven and leave treats in another 20 minutes, remove from oven and let cool.

Store in airtight container, for Phoenix I double the batch as this one makes about 20 treats.

Used same recipe as above but doubled it up and added chopped apples, then rolled in hand and pressed down.

For these I turned the temp down 50 degrees and doubled the cooking time.

Treats for people’s pets are great gifts 🎁 for someone who doesn’t need anything but their pets are their world like mine is.

The second one might surprise you! 🤯

First, have an empty basket on hand - this can collect all the random things that are laying around your house where they aren’t supposed to be!

Then, get to dusting! Fill a bucket or a large container with:
Water
about 1/4 Cup of Vinegar
6-8 Drops of essential oils
A splash of OLIVE OIL!!! How cool!

The best part? When you’re done, you can safely drain the water and wash the bucket with no harm done!

Make your home smell amazing over the holidays, and avoid hormone disrupting chemicals this holiday season!!!

🎁 Holiday hint: You can make this Christmas morning! Pop it in the oven while you relax by the tree! The cooking time is anywhere from an hour to an hour 30 and it'll smell amazing!
