We took this photo at the fair-trade women's co-op in Morocco where we buy our organic argan oil. These are the dried argan pits. Inside is a hard shell and inside the shell are the precious argan kernels which are cold pressed into the oil. It's a very long process. We are grateful we can support so many wonderful women at our Eco-Cert co-op!
