As I turn 13, Finding a before pic is becoming more challenging, not a problem thoo, also I’ve noticed something: the words I hear on this journey start to echo. We share stories, we offer wisdom, we repeat the mantras that helped us survive. And that’s important ,words matter. Stories save lives.
But what’s become even more important to me over time is action. My own, and those of the people I admire (and sometimes, those I don’t). Because while words can inspire, it’s action that transforms. It’s action that gives me something to look forward to. It’s action that keeps me here.
And if this journey isn’t filled with joy ,real, earned, sometimes hard-won joy ,then why bother.
