It's been brought to our attention that other locations in our industry are raising their prices on their services. Because of this, it has escalated our client load. This was our 3rd week in a row that we've been booked. By the ending of the week, Wednesdays are full into the next week. However, this has created for our clientele base to escalate greatly, as well as have our regulars already, and many reschedule as normal before they leave that day.

We have ALWAYS taken/accepted Wal-ins, when we are able to fit them in. So many of you already know this. However, it's became challenging over the last 3-4 years because of price increases at other places and as well as SO many after covid shut down, decided to start scheduling for learning it's easier to get in as well as to save their spot. It's actually a normal thing for people to reschedule before they leave. Many have become disappointed at not being able to get in, due to our appointments consume our schedule each day. It just makes sense to schedule if you know you are going to want a service. Before the day of or day before.

We understand things happen and last minute needs/requests are going to happen, however we do try our best to get all requests in.

What a great opportunity to share how blessed we feel for everyone who has been taking advantage of our "Pay it forward" we are encouraging in the salon! We launched it sometime last year and so many of you have been enjoying being a part of it. On the flip side, you have trusted us to choose who to be the recipients of your gifts. I cannot tell you how we don't weigh that choice lightly and in saying that, it has been such a phenomenal blessing to be in that position to share your giving and to be the one to see the tears, the smiles and receive the love from lack of words when the gifts are given!

I have to say, my favorite has been, seeing the frown on a youth turn into a smile phenomenally when they're turned towards the mirrow, but to KNOW, another blessed them with that service, is unexplaninabe!!
