As kids head back into classrooms, sports, and activities, lice can spread quickly. Here are a few simple ways to help prevent them:

✅ Remind kids not to share hats, brushes, or hair accessories
✅ Keep long hair braided or pulled up
✅ Do regular head checks at home
✅ Use a lice prevention spray, shampoo, or essential oils like tea tree, lavender, or peppermint to make hair less inviting for lice
