Just saw a client that came to me with their highest complaint being pain in their right foot, especially after being upright all day. I’m talking to the point where they insisted on bringing massage tools to work for pain relief.

After just five minutes into the session, I could see in imbalance in their whole right side all the way up to the shoulder. Further investigation revealed a lateral pelvic tilt, or more commonly known as “hip hike.”

Root cause.

You can spend all day managing the symptoms or do a little more digging and step back to take a look at the bigger picture.

That’s the ultimate goal in any health crisis, no matter what physical or emotional issue you have going on.

Ive had this client for several months now and I had never really noticed the giant bush right next to her door until last week.

I know it’s spring so the flowers be bloomin’ but man! The gardenia smell was undeniable today so I had to pause a moment to take in their beauty and fragrance.

To think we had almost freezing temps this morning well into 7am and ended up with the most gorgeous weather for an afternoon massage session on the pool deck.
