Hormones don’t become “imbalanced” overnight. They back up when the body struggles to clear them.

Before I could heal my nervous system, I had to name what was keeping it trapped.
For me, it was unworthiness and feeling completely alone with too much to carry.
Your nervous system doesn’t just respond to physical danger. It responds to perceived danger too.
When your body believes you’re not enough…
When it believes you have to do everything alone…
When it believes you’re unsupported…
It sounds the same alarm it would if a predator were chasing you.
Your heart races. Your muscles tighten. Digestion slows. Sleep suffers. Your body stays on high alert because it believes the threat is still here.
The first step is learning to name the emotion instead of becoming the emotion.
The next step is asking, “When did I first learn this?”
Because beliefs like “I’m not enough” or “I’m alone” aren’t usually born in adulthood. They’re often adaptations your nervous system made years earlier to help you survive.
Awareness begins to rewire the brain.
But insight alone isn’t enough.
The body also needs permission to finish what it couldn’t back then. To discharge the survival response, release the stored tension, and complete the unfinished loop so the alarm can finally turn off.
That’s where real freedom begins. And with my roadmap, every session on your bedroom floor can feel like a completion.

Cyclosporiasis is making headlines… but here’s the truth:
Outbreaks don’t create the problem. They expose it.
Cyclospora is a microscopic parasite that infects the small intestine, most often through contaminated food or water. It can cause severe watery diarrhea, stomach cramps, nausea, bloating, fatigue, and dehydration. Health officials are currently investigating a growing outbreak, but they have not yet identified the source. (Michigan)
While anyone can become infected after exposure, people with weakened immune systems, older adults, and young children are at greater risk of developing more severe illness. (CDC)

The same applies to your health.

Parasites are the physical manifestation of a demonic energy attached and feeding off of your life force, and it’s extremely common.
The Bible talks A LOT about demons. They are energetic. Unless you are clairvoyant like I am, you can’t see them. But also- we all have this ability! Fluoride, processed foods, trauma and stress has shut it off for most of the population.
Do you know what they look like? Large insects. Like a parasitic insect. Feeding from your pain, shame, guilt, self betrayal and unworthiness. Feeding off your secrets. Feeding from the abuse. These entities pass down generations, guys. Until you say ENOUGH.
But you can’t just cleanse your way out. It DEFINITELY helps, especially if you have mental health/health issues. You must address the trauma loops still stuck and running in your nervous system. You must release the unprocessed and stuck emotions in your organs causing illness and feeding them energetically. That is the entire goal of ascension. Why your soul is here. To learn through your suffering and heal. To vibrate higher. To reclaim your power.
But you must clear the parasitic energy and trauma.
