Tonight’s class a fun cardio/toning mix on the step! Full body workout burn! Always switching it up so it’s fun and your body doesn’t get to used to the same thing!
All body hitt moves today! My body was shaking at the end! We killed it with just our own body weight and some leg weights!
TRX tonight!! One of the more graceful moves.
My mini replacement Reagan is kicking some serious butt! Can’t wait until this ankle heals but still got in a great stationary workout tonight!
