This speaks volumes to me and I hope it assures you.
I keep asking her where she's been for the last 22 years?!

Sara's areas of expertise ~ other than a great therapeutic massage ~ include myfascia release and lymphatic drainage.

Everyone should know his name 🇬🇹

The Strokes just put a name on a 100-foot screen at Coachella that most Americans have never seen before: Jacobo Arbenz. Here’s his story…

In 1950, Guatemala was an extremely unequal society where 4% of landowners controlled 72% of the land. Much of that land belonged to the United Fruit Company, now known as Chiquita.

Here is the part that usually gets left out of the history books:

📦 While 96 percent of Guatemalan farmers were crushed into tiny plots , the largest estates were only using 6 percent of their land for production. They were hoarding the rest for prestige or speculation.

🚜 Arbenz did not want to seize productive farms… he passed a law to take that unused land and give it to 87,000 landless families so they could actually feed themselves.

🛑 The Coup: United Fruit saw this as a threat to their monopoly and lobbied Washington. In 1954, the CIA launched Operation PBSUCCESS, orchestrated a coup, and humiliated Arbenz by forcing him to strip for cameras before sending him into exile.

The result was 40 years of civil war and a legacy of poverty that still forces families to migrate north in 2026.

History isn’t just in the past… it is the reason the present looks the way it does.

Things to learn….Guatemala

For those who complain about immigration: we now know very clearly, if the US would stop overturning foreign governments, people would not be dying - literally - to seek asylum in America.
