🌸 DIFFICULT ROADS OFTEN
LEAD TO BEAUTIFUL DESTINATIONS🌸

Hi everyone! I’m touching base after 3 full days of working, as I have learned a few things under what I hope is our temporary “new normal” working conditions.

1) Even though I abhor running late & have always prided myself for staying on schedule, I find that with the new protocol & lots of hair to work with- it is happening (😬) & I apologize in advance! If it is going to be more than a few minutes, I will do my best to give you a heads up so that you can utilize that time doing something other than sitting & waiting in your car.

2) I will need to make ALL color services a minimum of $10 more for your first visit back as I have discovered that I am definitely using more product on everyone & a whole lot more product for those with longer hair.

3) Masks for guests are recommended, not required. By law, I am required to wear one but feel free to do what you feel is best for you.

I do have antibacterial cloth masks available for purchase & I also have cloth masks available for use (with no strings) that use double stick body tape to adhere, so that it does not interfere with your cut or color & possibly stain your mask. The tape masks are washed in hot water, dried & then put into the autoclave for sterilization after each use.

4)The sanitizing in between & during each guests appointment is intensive & time consuming but immensely satisfying & it makes me happy to know that I am doing what I can to ensure our safety!

5)The most important thing I’ve learned, or more importantly remembered, since being back is that I absolutely LOVE what I do & that I have some pretty special, awesome clients! Thank you for following the guidelines & instructions, for having patience, understanding & kind words for me & for the added extras you have been giving with your payments. You are appreciated more than you know!
