Today, the shelves are empty, but my heart is full.

When I opened Lalka Beauty Co., I dreamed of creating more than a beauty boutique. I wanted a place where people felt welcome, inspired, and beautiful—a place that felt like home.

To every customer who walked through our doors, trusted me with your weddings, your special moments, your skincare, your stories, or simply stopped in to say hello… thank you. You made this little shop so much more than four walls.

Every conversation, every laugh, every makeover, every event, every hug, every purchase—you helped create memories I’ll carry with me forever.

While this chapter is coming to a close, I don’t see it as the end. I see it as the beginning of something new, built on everything Lalka gave me.

Thank you for believing in my dream. Thank you for supporting a small business. Thank you for every memory.

NewBeginnings

As I begin my last weekend at Lalka, I am reminded of how hard I fought for this dream.

I envisioned my shop ever since I was a child. To own a boutique of my own, where I could make people happy by helping them feel beautiful and loved was always in the back of my mind.

Opening the store was no easy feat. I poured everything I had into this dream… every penny, every bit of energy I had and all of my heart. In the end, there were too many changes in my life to continue this path.

So I am forging a new one.

I believe I made my grandmother Agnes so proud. She was my soulmate and my biggest fan.

Everything I have ever done in life, I’ve had her in mind. Would this make her proud? If yes, then I’d push ahead, determined. If not, I’d ask for her blessing anyway.
I’ve made mistakes and I’ve made impossible dreams come true.

That you to everyone who has supported my shop. You made it possible for me to follow my childhood heart. I am forever grateful.

My life is morphing and unfolding in such intense ways right now. I am so thankful I’m here to live in this new moment and look ahead to a very different path. I’m excited to see where it goes.
