To standard 16oz. jar add: 1 cup or what you use. We use a teaspoon and just pack each ingredient in.
Equal parts red raspberry leaf
Stinging nettle
Alfalfa leaf
Oat straw
1/2 part yellowdock root.
This is great for all Mamas, especially, if your are thinking of becoming pregnant, are pregnant or breastfeeding. It helps to strengthen your uterine wall, great source of Potassium and iron for women with anemia.
