Meet Brandi Fulton, Brandi is a dynamic CEO and Founder of Fulton's Accounting Services, LLC. With her extensive experience in the beauty industry, she has been on numerous panel discussions and has spoken publicly about the importance of finances in this industry. Brandi understands that many beauty professionals are uncomfortable discussing money and often don't know where to start. That's where she comes in! Brandi has helped countless beauty clients achieve financial freedom by teaching them how to manage their finances and make informed decisions about their money. Brandi's mission is to educate and be a resource to all beauty professionals around the United States. By taking control of their finances, they can achieve their dreams and ultimately find financial freedom.
Meet Tess Marti Tesstattoo
I started permanent makeup when I was 18 years old and quickly established a name in the industry with my authentic and identifiable lip tattooing style. Today, I have completed over 5,000 lip tattooing procedures and have taught over 10,000 students worldwide through my in-person and online classes.
I have travelled internationally to 9 different countries to speak at conferences and to teach my technique and training program to students. I also co-founded, operate and run the largest Facebook group there is for lip tattooing advice, tips and tricks with over 27,000 members from all over the world called “Lip Queens.”
In 2018, I pioneered my very own world-renowned "Dark Lip Neutralization" technique. I was one of the first to be offering a successful and authentic "neutralizing" tattoo service to women of colour, while other artists said it was not possible to perform. I used my experience in working with difficult skin and my in-depth knowledge of colour theory to bring this brand new capability to the permanent makeup industry.
Today I specialize in teaching Color Theory. I am a perfectionist and enjoy working patiently and meticulously to produce unbeatable, natural-looking permanent makeup. I also thrive on seeing others in this industry succeed, and my greatest joy is to share my love of the art of permanent makeup with others.
