Since having Leo, I’ve been prioritizing switching to a more nontoxic lifestyle. I’ve done a lot over the last couple months but here’s just a few things that have made a huge difference!

I’ve come to realize that if you’re not healthy and feeling your best, just slapping an expensive skincare product is NOT going to fix your skin. It all starts from within.

Are you having gut issues, are you stressed, are you using toxic products full of fragrance that will disrupt your hormones, are you eating real foods? And SO. MUCH. MORE.

I’ve learned a lot in the last few months about living a cleaner life and am still learning so much, but am so happy to share all that I’m doing!
