Join me this Wednesday for an all ages Dance Party! We will learn the power of somatics and how amazing it feels to move your body in different ways in a safe space with playfulness as top priority. I will guide us through movement to some amazing music including songs by 🎵GLASS BEAMS🎵and animal masks will be provided to ensure maximum fun 🤩. Sound Sanctuary- Sound Healing Event!!!

What to bring? You can bring your own yoga mat and water but yoga mats, blankets and bolsters are available for rent at Abundant Space at no extra cost.

We will begin with gentle movement and a short breathing exercise to prep body and mind to receive sound.

Sound waves and frequency wash over your body clearing physical, emotional and energetic body.

Sound instruments can slow brainwaves and help guide the mind into a deeply healing meditative state.

Join me Saturday, April 6th for a morning of self care. We will be utilizing movement, intentional breath and the power of sound vibration. Come with an intention to heal, let go, reset, recharge or just give some time to take care of you.
