I would like to express my utmost gratitude and appreciation to all my loyal clients. I thank you for your continued support. Effective APRIL 1st, 2023 In the Name of Hair Salon will be implementing a price adjustment. This will be the first increase in prices since 2018. I appreciate your continued loyalty.

Prices will increase by 10%. Your image is in exceptional hands at In the Name of Hair Salon. Thank you for your understanding & continued patronage.

Policy Updates

Effective March 1, 2023

Policy UPDATE: CANCELLATIONS

We are now adjusting the CANCELLATION POLICY to due the influx of same-day cancellations.

We kindly ask that you provide 24 hours’ notice of your cancellation. You may cancel via text, email, phone, Facebook, Instagram, or in person. Please utilize ONE OR MORE of these options 24 hours BEFORE your appointment.

• If cancellations are less than 24 hours or a “No Show” occurs, you will forfeit any NON-REFUNDABLE deposit and A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required for all your future appointments. Appointments WILL NOT be available without a deposit.

Effective March 1st, 2023

**NEW POLICY: Late Policy

• If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be required for all your future appointments.

• If you are more than 10 minutes late, a $25 late fee will be added to your quote.

**NEW POLICY: NEW CLIENT DEPOSIT

• All new clients are subject to a $35 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit due before the first appointment is scheduled.
