My daughter decided to move to many moons ago as an English teacher and business owner and her life has blossomed into an amazing garden brimming with love, friends, art, writing, creating and producing music, community impact, remote work and authenticity.

As long as you have breath it’s not too late to design a life of moments which matter, which fill you with joy and allow you to move toward your truest, highest most expansive self.

Now here’s some of what I’ve been swimming in lately

It’s been awhile…Just back from a 12 mile walk, my broken toe is healing and my spirit , well it’s soaring. Who doesn’t live a fall day, hours of quiet space to listen to Spirit? I even stopped by the nursery on my walk bought a Xmas tree and asked for it to be delivered on Tuesday! Why not? We are wrapping up this years accelerator last I looked we’ve coached over 700 amazing souls this year! Right now I’m working on standing up a non profit so we can have more i@pact with youth…Super excited about 2024 my team is focusing on finding international partners so we can support more people Whatever is happening in your life right now …just remember you were born for such a time as this! And as long as you have breath you have Don’t ever forget you… you are a miracle!!!

My oh my celebrating our amazing mama who left this planet 34 years ago! So grateful for her light, strength, spirit and easy going spirit and business acumen. And these amazing sisters she blessed me with… mommas rock!

21 hours later I’m in and unlike myself I’m meeting up with 16 others for a tour of the sacred sites. Started off in at the rested and ready to embrace this adventure!

Day 3 of my ..10 months ago I began walking again after 2 hip replacements. So thankful to be healthy enough to walk 55 miles in two days with a pack that’s over 22 lbs.

Sometimes I’m listening, quiet enough to sense the Spirits guidance. And sometimes these stirrings lead to new visions, paths. I often doubt and sometimes I even refuse to step out…other times I find myself agreeing and taking actions. It’s never easy for me to step into something new and yet it does feel natural in a sense. Our farewell to my father, It was a sunny day and we headed to to spread his ashes in one of his favorite fishing spots. My dad was an who later in life was called to work with individuals in third world countries who wanted to live in . He lived a multitude of lives within his life and I’m thankful for his generosity and for his strength and courage. He raised my sisters and I to believe we could do anything a boy could do and expected excellence. Lots of memories as I attempt once more to be transformed by the reality of our brief time on this planet and our eternal souls.
