I'm here at the goddess lounge in Tallahassee, FL thinking about my summer adventure back to Vashon. I'll be there the first week in July. If you'd like a visit at the pop-up spa, send me a note. Looking forward to our visits.

There are just a couple spa days left before I move...and they are booked solid. I'm finding myself wanting more...there is always more.

Spring, a very long season in the PNW. And who doesn’t love spring? The blooming,the babies, the sun, rain, and rainbows. And the growth. It’s starting to happen fast. All the growth. Let’s go!

Today’s story in the spa is about mastery and adaptability and the transitions and resourcefulness in between. The journey is sacred. Enjoy yourself.

Juicy postpartum and lactation lounge happening at 10:30 am tomorrow! Monday May 20 Come join us for a feeding pit stop in town or a diaper change and a chat. I’ll have tea too.

Also, there are some spaces open for this Thursday in the spa. Have you ever experienced a facial from the breasts up? French facial offerings in the spa for lymphatic drainage and breast health.

The shadows are lengthening! And I skipped the sock drawer a couple days this week. Still in Ta**us season and loving my body, grateful for how it lets me touch, smell, taste and hear my favorite delights. Hope you’re slowing down to smell the roses. Come see me.
